Motel 6 Page AZ pet policy

Since opening our first property in 1962, Motel 6 is the original pet friendly hotel chain. We're proud to be able to carry on that tradition at Motel 6 - Page - Lake Powell, thanks to our customers who support our pet policy. It has been carefully crafted to benefit guests traveling with their family pet, respect our guests who are not staying with a pet, and even protect the welfare of pets staying at our facility.
Pet policy at Motel 6 Page Lake PowellSmart travelers know that when travelling with a pet, safety is priority number one. Here are a few helpful tips to help you plan your next vacation with your pet:
  1. Packing is Essential!
    Don’t leave home without a pet carrier, food, water (ice cubes make for neater cars!), water and food bowls, leash or harness, collar with tags, baggies for clean up and a litter box and litter (for your feline friend).
  2. Check Collar I.D.!
    Be sure your buddy’s tags offer the most current contact information, and don’t forget to bring a health certificate, current rabies vaccination tag and a photo of each pet when travelling...just in case.
  3. Everyone, Buckle Up!
    It’s safest for your animal to be restrained, either in a pet carrier or by a secured harness. You can find seat belt adapters, car seats and cargo barriers at most leading pet retailers.
  4. Ouch!
    And don’t forget to bring a first-aid kit with tweezers, gauze and antiseptic to treat any minor mishaps along the way.
Motel 6 - Page Pet Policy
Most Motel 6 properties allow one well-behaved pet per room unless prohibited by state law or ordinance. Service animals are always welcome.

  • Pets must be declared during guest registration.
  • In consideration of all Motel 6 guests, pets must be attended at all times. Pets should never be left alone in a room or vehicle.
  • If a pet is left unattended in a room, our housekeepers are not allowed to clean your room due to safety concerns.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash when outside your room.
  • Please be considerate of other guests: when walking your pet on property, please clean up after your pet.
